The downtown Chicago office of our international law firm client is seeking a seasoned Paralegal Manager to oversee a team of 60+ paralegals and support staff. This role will act as a point of contact, report, and work closely with a number of high-level practice group leaders, therefore it is crucial that candidates are professional in demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide scale of firm leadership. This position will also be responsible for performance management, HR employee relations including staffing needs, and committee compensation processes. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team upwards of 25 with 10+ years exp. overall is required. Candidates can expect top benefit and compensation packages at the offer stage.
