The main role of the Litigation and Bankruptcy Legal Assistant is to provide executive level secretarial and administrative assistance to a busy bankruptcy partner, litigation attorneys, and/or paraprofessionals in the daily operation of practicing law as well as administration of practice group matters and the handling of significant client relationships. This position will also provide exceptional service and high quality work product for clients. The assistant will perform executive assistant duties through the performance of complex secretarial and clerical-related tasks. This position requires the assistant to produce documents relating to specific functions and requirements as set forth within the litigation practice group using firm standard software. A minimum of 5-7 years of high-level executive secretarial experience is required, as well as experience and familiarity with litigation, bankruptcy, research tools and publications. Specialized or tech training beyond high school is desired.
